I had a bolt fall out of the box while unpackaging the product. The bolt was stripped as the nut it went into was obviously the wrong size. I tried inserting a different bolt from the chair into the location, thinking I could just ask for another bolt, but it would not thread and also started to strip. This was one of the bolts on the foot rest so it is not as stable as it should be now. I contacted support which did reply promptly but instead of sending a replacement bolt they offered $8 compensation. I wanted to warn others that it is not well put together and I am sure this is a known issue with the chair.
