We put this together and realized that the stairs box was missing parts. I contacted and they said I would have to ship everything back. I decided to contact the seller directly because I wasn't taking the bed completely apart for 3 small pieces. I emailed them on Sunday and my parts were shipped by 11:45am on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. This is a very sturdy bed. I weigh 230 and I can climb and sit on the top bunk . The bottom drawers are not on tracks, just wheels so I was a little disappointed in that but I am very happy with this product.
