Purchased two of these chair, one of the motors died within months. contacted manufacturer/seller and they contacted me. figured it was motor and since I couldnt ship chair backI asked for new motor, it was not hard to figure that was problem. I had nothing to lose to try new motor which they shipped to me free of charge! Voila, chair works again. I recommend this supplier because they stand by their products. Thank you!
