Bought for my elderly father/in/law. Product showed up in a timely manner. Was used for 2/3 weeks and now it is stuck in the lift position. The controller for the lift part is not working now. Seems that the remote has a short. Placed a return request. Hope they honor the request. Over all a good product just bummed that it stop working.
