Product box weighs in more than 100 lbs and requires two people to lift. Everything in one box. Very well thought out. Comfort is good. Operation is good. Fabric and color were spot on. After a few days use, heat and massage stopped working. Was expected in a chair of this price range. Should things change, I will post again. Contacted mfg about problem. They sent another remote. Problem solved. I hope it last. Massage is subtle. I have nothing to compare it to. Heat is subtle too. So far it appears to be a good value for the reasonable price.
