Instructions were terrible could not get the lift to work cables pictures were not clear. Did give me a partial refund and I kept the item. Customer serve could drastically approve would have been nice to talk to someone to fix the problem. Chair is comfortable but shipping box was not very sturdy enough for the chair came with s big hole at one corner.
