On Oct 17, 2021 I ordered two (2) of these Convertible Chair Beds 3/in/1, Sleeper Chair Bed, Multi/Functional Adjustable Recliner and on the 2nd Chair the Casters became an issue as the rivets holding the rollers in place were incorrectly placed resulting me having to install them in the reverse order to prevent damage to the fabric and one of the casters would not roll at all. I notified the seller of the problem and sent them photos as requested and to this day 12/11/2021 I still have not heard back from them concerning this issue. Note: you wont notice this problem until you assemble the product.
