I love everything about this. Like I said in my video I dont know if this came with directions because I dont read directions I just attempt to learn how to use things by trail and error. This is the perfect product for my method. This sleeper ottoman was super easy to convert into a chaise lounge. Most comfortable one I have ever lounged on. Just got this a couple weeks ago and can anticipate a long and useful life in any household I have. My plans are to buy a couple of these wherever I live.
