I will say first off PLEASE carefully follow instructions and illustrations things can be reversed easily and shouldnt be. But this was a great investment. We havent needed to remove fabric at all through every kind of storm (except tornado) sat under it during a hailstorm not a drop of rain or damage came through. We did coat it with marine waterproof solution after it was all assemb worked out perfectly water just beads up and rolls off. We also used wide Velcro at corners and center of tent top along frame. Youll see what I mean once its assemb. That worked perfectly too.
