This is nice for what it is

The good: Its pretty (about 80 lbs), we will definitely have to anchor it down somehow (ours in on a concrete patio) with the cost of wood, building a cover wasnt feasible this year (June 2021) so we opted for this option hoping it will last this year and maybe next. We plan to spray the entire top and with scotch guard (we live in Oregon and just this week had rain for 5 days straight), and because the drag the ground we will have to somehow tie them up when it rains to make sure they dont mold. The size is nice and it fits on my patio just fine (Ill update my review with pictures once my patio furniture is put together). having privacy from my neighbors who have a two story patio next door to me is especially nice and one of the reasons I chose this particular Gazebo. The bad: as other reviews have stated, this wasnt simple to put together, I had three guys (all who are very handy) and it took them 3 hours to build it / unless you build these everyday, plan for that. The frame isnt super sturdy in the middle and unfortunately we are going to have to somehow brace it at the top so it doesnt collapse (as some reviewers pictures show), the guys said the hardest and most frustrating part was putting the and screen on. it wasnt easy and there was some swearing happening lol, but they got it done. Finally, once the screen was spread out there are MANY MANY snags in it.I tried to pull them apart and its slightly better but each screen is snagged which is a huge bummer. This did go on sale after I bought it / although at this moment its showing out of stock now (I bought mine about a month ago / but you can find it on Wayfair and Ebay new for more money) but shipping was faster then expected. So far Im happy with my purchase, for what it is, it will be fine this year, we plan to take the cover and down in the fall (beginning of October) before the rain really starts in hopes of being able to use it next year (assuming it lasts that long).
