The Gazebo is fine / well/made, sturdy, simple set/up, all that. It sits on one of our decks / and is used all summer and into each fall as our outdoor dining room. This was a new one to replace another manufacturers Gazebo which had finally worn out after many years / and FWIW, in our environment in the High Sierra of California, Ive always taken the fabric and screens down at the end of each season, carefully washed and stored them.
But heres the thing. We had a weather event which damaged part of the frame of our s frame during the winter / about 16 months after I purchased this product. I contacted s customer service and dealing with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Even though the company is in China, and thus on an entirely different time schedule than our own, Cassie immediately responded / and after a few e/mails to determine precisely which parts I needed, those parts were sent out / from China / and I received them within about 8 / 10 days. At no charge. And with the most helpful, charming and gregarious communications at every step.
As noted, this product is fine / in all ways. But I REALLY wanted to make sure that a company which offers TRULY excellent customer service is applauded. Thank you, / youve won a customer for life.
