The first futon came damaged / didnt notice until after it was put together. Reordered a replacement. Pretty easy process until scheduling the pickup. All in all its exactly what I wanted. What I visioned. I love it! Highly recommend this beautiful sofa/futon if youre looking for something stylish for a spare room/home office. So happy I made the decision to get exactly what I wanted! (Yes! Ordered the pink one!)
