Unable to talk to a customer service person. When I finally made contact, I was told that they were unable to help me and that I had to contact . The loveseat sloped to the center and the back cushions did not fit well. As I was taking the loveseat apart to return it to , a house key fell out of the lower part of the loveseat. I feel this product was used and sold to me as new.
