This is a very nice love seat for short money. I wanted an inexpensive love seat to replace a beat up one that suffered through 20 years of dogs and kids. I ordered the leather for its ease of removing dog hair and am very pleased with the quality. It is comfortable although a little on the light side as it moves around a bit on the tile floor when folks sit down. However, that will be remedied with some sticky pads for the feet. Assembly was pretty easy. The box it comes in though, is a little unwieldy and may require a couple of people to move it unless you are lucky enough to get the delivery person to bring it to the room it will be residing in. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised to get a decent leather love seat at this price.
