I love the look and ease of setup for this. Although three things kept me from giving it 5 stars:
1. The seat is rock hard.
2. It's designed for someone who is no more than a little over 5 feet tall. In other words, very, very low to the ground.
3. The back is very low and makes it impossible to lean back with any comfort.
The height of the futon was solved with the addition of 3 inch risers I purchased separately, and the hardness and low seat back (not exactly solved) were helped somewhat with a number of soft, large pillows.
