Is just like the 3 Bears story. This chair is not to firm and not to soft. Getting in and out is easy, pushing back to recline glides back nicely. Material is comfortable. Funny thing is I put in to cancel the order, only because I was second guessing the color. If it would coordinate with what I have. So happy it arrived before I could do so. I ended up loving it!
