Instructions were good, and it was very helpful that all pieces were numbered. However, I cant imagine having to put this together myself. If you have to do that, have a small box or something about 6/8 inches tall to hold ends up while you screw in the opposite ends. In retrospect, it would have been easier to loosely attach both ends to the shelves at the same time. Maybe then a one person assembly would have worked. I was disappointed that the wood at the bottom of one end piece was split, but decided I wasnt going to repack and return for that since I didnt think it was going to be visible or would have impact on sturdiness. I was rightits not noticeable and the piece is very sturdy. I bought the cranberry color. Nice bright red which is what I was going for. No problem with the drawer easily going onto the rollers and fits perfectly. TIP: lay all pieces out with numbers visible including screw bags with their respective tags showing. Makes assembly a lot easier.
