This product was such a damn hassle, i regret even buying it. It was delivered February 23rd, i tried putting it together that day only to find one of the pieces was broken to the point i couldnt fit it where it needed to go, so i took it apart, emailed customer service, great, no biggie - theyre sending me a replacement piece. the piece doesnt come until march 8th, i once again try to assemble only to find another piece bent and not able to go where it needs to, instead of even dealing with customer service again, i bend it back myself but its not the way it should be. because of this i dont expect the bed frame to last long. im pretty upset and feel like i wasted money.
