Thrilled that this unit fits nicely in narrow hall coming in from garage. Bench is sturdy when sitting and putting boots on. Bought a waterproof liner so boots can be stored on bottom shelf. (Holds 4 sets of boots.) Bought 2 baskets for upper shelf to store hats/mittens.
