It came as advertised in three boxes. The delivery came while no one was home and Fedex driver put the three boxes over the wall and into our patio. There was only minor exterior damage to the boxes, no damage to the contents. I assembled a chair first, and got confused with the screws - but that was my fault. Once I used the correct screws, assembly was fast and easy. I recommend that you assemble the chairs and stools on a workbench; I assembled the table, covered it with beach towels and assembled the chairs and stools on the table. I assembled the sofa last, standing it on end (on cardboard to protect it). We enjoy the furniture so far and have received numerous positive comments from neighbors.
