Finally managed to find an reasonably priced bench for a narrow space in our mudroom. Used to stores gloves/hats, 4 pairs of shoes on lower shelf and as a place for bags and purses. Easy to assemble. Shelf is made of bamboo and very light weight. Have not tried to sit on it as a bench..does not seem sturdy or strong enough. This is not a problem for me as I did not purchase with the intent of using as a sitting bench. Loses a star because the baskets are disappointing. Great size but the material is flaky and comes off each time we use the baskets out.
