We needed a bed to replace a pack and play that our granddaughter was sleeping in the night each week that she spends with us. The bed arrived in several large cartons and I was a little concerned about the assembly. But my husband put it together when I was at work, and he said it was easy to do. The bed looks so cute and I wish I had a picture of my granddaughters face when she first saw it. She just loves it and though I assumed she would want to sleep in the trundle portion (because its closer to the floor) she mostly sleeps in the top -- but loves moving from one to the other, so mostly the trundle is pulled out. Over all the quality is great. Its sturdy, the finish is very pretty and the trundle (though heavy/sturdy/solid) slides in and out smoothly.
