I love this so much. It was packed well. The box was small and easy to handle for most people. All the pieces were there. The piece is very sturdy and can for one person and a few animals easily. I have long legs and I am thinking of getting an ottoman for the end if I want to lay down (blankets there now) It is low to the ground, but I wanted it to be. I am very happy. No complaints at all.
