For what you get its OK. It demands that you have a perfectly flat wood or concrete floor to be built on. Also if you are like I am, building this as a pump house over a well, expect a lot of interior moisture condensation on the inside. I had to make rather large holes in the front and side gables with rodent wire screwed to the openings to keep the critters and bats out of it and to dry the inside. The hinges on the door rusted up pretty fast for stainless . better I figure for drier climates. But I think the vinyl coated will last a decade as long as it isnt soaked all winter.
Needs better ventilation
