We had some damaged pieces that came with the bed, but after we were contacted by Jines in customer service it was taken care of. We were sent a replacement. Jines contacted us to make sure we had received the bed, and that everything was good with it. She was very helpful and concerned with making sure we were happy. The bed was easy to assemble with the instructions that came with it also.
