The middle shelf was without two pieces. Each shelf has four pre drilled holes, into which a round, threaded, plastic piece has been put so that you can screw the posts to the shelves. The middle shelf on my unit was without two of those plastic pieces, so I was unable to connect it with the included screws. I used some screws and drywall anchors that I had laying around and was able to get it connected, but I was disappointed by this oversight.
*UPDATE* The seller responded to my review and rectified the situation by providing a new shelf immediately! They went above and beyond, exceeding my customer service expectations. I’m now a very satisfied customer and would gladly order more from this seller. A
