Ordered the triple bunk and it came from Washington to eastern Massachusetts. And all we had was a small chunk missing from one of the boards that went to create the headboard or footboard. But I gorilla glued it back together and you cant even tell.
Very sturdy for a 3 tier bunk bed. The build was easy well thats what my husband said!! The only thing about the build is that in box 1 of 2 it should have said something about if building the triple bunk use instructions in box 2 of 2. But other than that I love the bed my kids love the bed and our dog loves it
