So glad I bought this. You seriously never know after reading a bunch of conflicting online reviews, but its perfect! I have a 16 memory foam mattress that is Full size, and it fits absolutely perfectly. The elastic straps are a nice touch for people who toss turn a lot too. Very soft, no complaints so far and Ill happily be buying from this company again when I need another set :)
