I ordered 2 of these chairs and are nice, very low but nice. I had trouble with assembling both of the chairs. Followed directions exactly however it seems screw holes were not lined up on one chair and I ended up putting the side screws in first and then the middle. On the second chair one of the legs was about 1/2 off the floor causing it to wobble. I contacted support (they were friendly) and they sent me another leg which also did not match the other leg and also did not level the chair. They included with the replacement leg a thicker spacer that resolved the wobble issue.
