This bed is aming and so much bigger than the pictures make it look i had a bed I bought at Kmart a leather platform bed it broke and I replaced it with this i was assuming it to be the same size but was pleasantly surprised on how much bigger it is this bed is a statement piece and so sturdy my last bed broke just due to moving it around and my three year old being hard on it I know that wont be happening with this bed if youre trying to decide if you want it or not I say go for it you wont be disappointed I am in love worth way more than I paid for it $220.00 is a steal
