Received this purchase at first with a broken head board. I was very upset to say the least. It arrived within a couple of days and went to set up and the wood was broken like this. I called customer service for the company right away and they sent another head board box out that arrived within 3 days free of charge.
The reason I am still giving this bed such a high rating is because it really is AMING. Its great quality for the price and you really cant find anything like this. Purchased the king size and did not need a box spring unless you want a higher bed off the ground. The color matches many different sheets. Even though I was upset to receive a broken piece at first, the customer service was great and still have an aming bed at the end of the day. Things happen and it couldve been broken during shipping. Still a happy customer and would definitely recommend.
