I bought this bed a few weeks ago. I kind of love it. It feels very sturdy and it was easy to put together. I just had two issues. The first step and then the screws were hard to twist at the end. I called for help and the first issue the lady helped me I just had to turn the piece around. But the second one the guy was convincing me to return it even though I told him I think its me not the frame I think Im doing something wrong. So he should have been more persistent to help instead of just telling me to return. Luckily I persevered and finished the bed in two hours. Lol still cute though
