I am so glad that I read many of the reviews, and decided to write the bad ones off as flukes.
This bed was beyond easy to assemble -- with very clear instructions.
It is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. The remote is excellent, and the movement is quiet and very smooth -- didnt even disturb my dogs (who like to lay on the bed with me).
This has to be my best furniture purchase since my power recliner I bought a couple of years ago.
