First one arrived with a small tear. Company sent another one and let me keep the old one. In the meantime I sat in the first chair. After about a month the wear on the seat cushion is noticeable. Flattened and I’m 130 lbs and don’t sit on it often. The recliner is so convenient tho and this thing is so easy to put together. I love the orange contrast in my room. 2nd chair arrived within a few weeks. Excellent service but quality on that cushion is meh. Also the 2nd chair leans slight more back than the 1st one when in upright position. It’s not super noticeable but it can be seen.
