I weigh 440 LBS I was extremely worried it would not hold me plus the weight of my heavy duty mattress but it did. I can move around freely, sit up, sit on the edge of the bed and no creaks or moving. It is extremely sturdy and I highly recommend it. I used taskrabbit to find someone to assemble the frame. He was done in 30 mins.
