We received this item and it was damaged on one side. offered to exchange it or refund it, but we waited a while to get it and didnt want to do the process over again. The piece itself is very nice, and fortunately the part is hideable, but it would have been awesome if they could have sent a replacement or taken a small percentage off the cost. Aside from that though, it is really nice and we love finally having our bed off the floor haha
