This table was a gift for my partner, as his original lift-up table was falling apart. He was not convinced that he needed it, until it arrived: lots of storage space, especially for his gaming items, and still has his favorite feature in the lifting table top. Not to mention it is sturdy, and was relatively easy to assemble, though my partner did have to get his screw gun out at times.
I would consider buying this item again.
