I am so pleased after having just assembled this chair, quickly singlehandedly, for my elderly parent. I appreciated everything about this process, from the quick delivery (that beat the estimated date), to the way the chair came packaged (in two manageable boxes), to the ease of assembly, and most importantly, for the comfort of the actual chair, as it pleases my father greatly, and hes a tough customer. I cant speak to the products longevity, but I couldnt be happier with this chair right now, and am so grateful to have not run into any issues. All we had needed was the recline features, but the heat vibration options were a bonus//Highly recommended!
