With full electronics I was very disappointed by the manual recline functions, which I guess I failed to notice before ordering. And it seemed a pretty flimsy foot rest as well. My biggest problem is the return policy. They DONT PAY RETURN SHIPPING!! I paid 100 to ship it to me. Now its gonna cost 350 to ship it back! Thats more than the price of the chair! Did it say that somewhere? I never saw it. So, even though you have 30 days to return it you wont actually get your money back. You will end up paying twice. Which warrants no stars for value!
