1) First impression is the seat height is about 1-2 inches too high, which might be a non-issue when the cushions settle in. I may chop an inch off the wood legs later on.
2) The cushions are removable and use Velcro to hold them in place. Removable cushions area must have for me so I can clean them or re-stuff them years later if need be.
3) The steel bracket that holds the chaise on is really neat, it ratchets the two parts of the couch together.
4) The wood frame underneath is well built and the legs very sturdy.
I shopped around for a while and Im glad I ordered this one. The wood framing and the removable cushions set it apart from the other couches at this price point. Must have!
