It is beautiful and it worked well for about a month. Then yesterday I went to lean back and it wouldnt go backward. It somehow got locked in a forward slanted position and I cant do anything to fix it. Not only can I not get comfortable sitting in it, my back is in horrendous pain after a full day of work. I work from home so Im just sitting in the chair all day. Ill have to get a new one now. Such a waste of money.
