First all the nails, bolts, washers, etc. were in one bag with none of them marked.? In order for me to know what item was what number I had to sort and count them to find out what item corresponded with what number in the instructions.? That was very inconvenient and time consuming.
Then after I got all the items sorted out, the very first step was to put the legs on the head and foot boards.? But there were no starter holes to help me know where to put them.?I had to try to figure out where to put the legs and use a cordless screwdriver to put them on.? Then the stabilizing bar would not go into the metal holders on the foot and head boards correctly.? The metal part of it cut the black fabric and obscured the screw hole.? So I had to unscrew one of the metal holders, tape down the fabric and then put the stabilizing bar in the metal holder and re/screw the metal holder.? I managed to get most of the bed together and then the slats were too long to fit on the bed.? So I had to undo most of what I had accomplished, put the slats on the the bed then redo what I had to undo to make the slats fit.??
Ive ordered furniture, especially beds, and have never had more trouble then I did with this bed.
