When I first assembled the couch I loved the look and the size—great for a smaller apartment and very comfortable! I was disappointed, however, that one side of the back frame was a bit wobbly. I reached out with limited expectations about fixing or replacing the unstable piece. I was in awe of the speedy response and diligence to ensure quality from the seller. The customer service team issued a replacement right away with tracking info and it arrived only days later in perfect condition. They even offered links on disassembly and reassembly, AND followed up to ensure it was delivered and met my expectations. HIGHLY recommend and will undoubtedly be a returning customer!
