Worst experience EVER, if I could leave zero starts I would!
This was hands down the worst experience that I have ever had buying something online. First, this product is of horrible quality. The press board is extremely fragile and the ends are exposed and come apart with normal use. Beyond the poor quality, the bed is poorly packed and prone to shipping damage. Of the three beds (1 initial, 1 replacement and a third form another vendor) that I've received, all have been damaged to the point where they were unusable. Finally, the vendor's customer service is terrible. I spoke to a rep who was argumentative and uninterested in assisting me. After multiple attempts to get the issues resolved I ended up having to file a claim with to get my money back. Note that this was a 3rd party selling on , not themselves.
I will add that the actual maker of the bed was very nice on the phone and did offer to ship me individual replacement parts to get the third and final bed together. Unfortunately I still don't have any of these parts weeks later but we will see.
