I purchased NEW item at FULL price and received a USED item with pen marks, the material was damaged in 2 places, and open packaging. This was very disappointing. Also there were no pilot holes for the lid hinges. Other than that it was an easy assembly, sterdy and looks beautiful. But very disappointed in paying full price for a used item. Now I have to disassemble and lug the heavy item to return it. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Called CS we will see what happens.
