Just want to say customer service for this company is AMING and they deserve 5 stars just for that. The chair itself is great! Got it as a Christmas present for my pre/teen daughter to go with a desk we also got her. It was easy to put together, looks and feels lovely, and is very comfortable! It has a very vintage look/feel to it. It honestly reminds me of the velour recliners my grandparents use to have when I was a kid haha all in all, great purchase. My daughter loves it. I love it.
