Update: Seller helped fix our issues by giving us a refund of half the cost of the bed. They did not have the replacement piece so did this instead.
Multiple spots on the frame that look like they tried fixing them but failed. Also the trundle part doesn’t even look painted, it looks like r.
Pretty disappointed but seller worked with us.
