Assembling it took some time, Im not mechanically inclined but the tool supplied and instructions were adequate. The first day it felt like I was sliding off the seat so I put a rubber shelf liner on it but by the next day, it was fine. Ive been using it for 3 days now and its great. The tilt-back feature is not a rocking chair, I have to really lean back to tilt it, but its fine. It leans back far enough to give some movement. I like that the arms flip up when I want to get up close to and under the desk. It was more expensive than I had planned on paying but Im glad I did now. Ive had some awful chairs in my career as a teacher but this one is okay. So far, so good, 3 days in. Good deal
