The chair shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was adequate with no damage to the product. My first impression unpacking the box was that all of the components were heavy duty and well made. Assembly was strait forward and easy with only 6 steps at most and the hardware was all well labeled. All of the bolts came with a thread locker compound on them, similar to a Loctite. The provided compound is weak so if you really want a thread locker use real Loctite. I recommend re/tightening all of the bolts after a couple of days off initial use as mine seemed to loosen a bit. Should have used Loctite
