Great support and ergonomic design, but the seat is hard as a rock. Im a CSR and work between 8/12 hours a day. By hour 3 by buttcheeks kill me and Im constantly having to shift my weight and stand up to get feeling back. Going to add a cushion and hopefully that will help .UPDATE: cushion does not help
